8-Week Burpee Biathlon™ Training Programs for Beginners

MODIFIED BB

 

This beginner training program will properly prepare you for the Renov8 Fitness Burpee Biathlon™ Modified BB! It involves a walking program that progresses over 8 weeks of time, which starts with a walking distance of 100 meters in week one.

 

This program also includes specific days for you to practice the appropriate squat thrust variation of your choice based upon your current capabilities. You also have the flexibility to adjust the training days as needed based upon your schedule.

BB MILE

 

This beginner training program will properly prepare you for the Renov8 Fitness Burpee Biathlon™ BB Mile! It involves a running program that progresses over 8 weeks of time, which starts with a running distance of 100 meters in week one.

 

This program also includes specific days for you to practice burpees, or progress to burpees from an elevated squat thrust if needed based upon your current capabilities. You also have the flexibility to adjust the training days as needed based upon your schedule.
